Chef Francesco
Born in Puglia in the very southern heel of Italy, Francesco grew up dreaming to become a
professional chef.
After attending the prestigious cookery school ‘Giancarlo de Carolis” in the medieval town of Spoleto (Italy), his uncontrollable desire to master new skills and explore new
techniques, took him around Europe, across a number of starred restaurants and luxury hotels.
During this time he experienced career highlights including cooking for President Clinton, Cameron Diaz and Naomi Campbell.
In 2019 Francesco landed in Perth where he decided to finally found Florence Fine Food.
His incredible passion, the usage of regional products, and creative cuisine are the pillars of your culinary journey at Florence Fine Food.
Cristina
Florentine by birth, at the age of 14 years old Cristina enrolled at the Hotel Institute of Bernardo Buontalenti, located where the Italian language was born, Florence.
Embracing the incredible world
of hospitality.
She graduated with the title of Guest Service Agent and decided to master English while travelling around UK. Back from the Anglo-Saxon chapter, Cristina has been championing her
skills in several luxurious hotels
across Italy.
In 2015 she embraced an incredible collaboration with Chef Francesco allowing her to lead a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Spoleto (Italy) for three years, as the Restaurant Manager.
In 2019, Cristina & Francesco moved to Perth and launched Florence Fine Food, encompassing the concept of fine dining food & luxury service.
